This website is provided by Nai Jewellery ®. By using this Website or by placing any purchase orders using the Website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Only upon acceptance of the terms contained herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic orders. Any violation of the terms will result in termination of your account.
We reserve the right to alter the way the Site works from time to time and to withdraw any kind or content offered on the Site without generous notice
Registration
- In order to make purchases on the Website you will be required to register and provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. PRICING
1. Prices shown for our products on the Website are in AED and are include of VAT. These prices are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion.
Orders
1. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order.
2. Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and NAI will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the United Arab Emirates. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of NAI Jewellery .
3. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfil your order in the event, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, that the product ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within these Terms. Furthermore, we may refuse to process your order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party in this respect.
4. Though we make every effort to make sure details on our Website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the products, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
PAYMENT
1. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Once the transaction is complete, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account and you will then be redirected to the Website. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
2. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
3. We take reasonable care to make our Website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using a third party platform: Mashreq Bank’s secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide us when accessing or ordering from the Website.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Shipping & delivery time
All orders within UAE are shipped within 5 to 8 working days unless there is any logistical or technical difficulties, we will make sure to contact the customer to inform about the delay. and the delivery is free of charge
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Customized Jewellery
Customized jewellery might take up to 2 weeks to ship. These jewellery are not refundable and not exchangeable.
Engraved Jewellery and resized / adjusted jewellery are falling under customized jewellery and they can not be exchanged or refunded.
Please email contact@naijewellery.com if you any query or any urgent shipping requests. There would be additional charges for urgent requests which would start from AED 100 to AED 500 depending on the nature of the customized item.
Returns
Nai jewellery give you 7 days to return the item good condition without damage or scratch if you changed your mind. Return shipping charges will be born by the customer and credit note will be issued as store credit to be used for later purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds can be done for the cases of product defects where the item is not repairable and we can not change it with a new identical item.
- The customer must inform and contact the company within 2 days from receiving the items
- In case if you received a wrong item we will replace it with the correct item.
- in case if any issue with the received product we will make sure to do our best to keep you satisfied with the quality of the product.
- Nai jewellery will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
Use of our website
• You may access the Site exclusively for your own personal use. You must not use any content provided on the Site for any illegal purpose.
• In particular, you may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:
o (Distributing any illegal, harassing, offensive, abusive, intimidating, damaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;

• Although we make all sensible efforts to make sure that the server that makes the Site available is bug and virus free, we cannot provide any guarantee in this respect.
• You are responsible for obtaining Internet access to the Site from where you are in order to use the Site. We cannot be held responsible for your failure to access the Site from any location or browser. Any access fees invite in reaching the Site (e.g. dial up charges) are your responsibility.
